We know how difficult it can be to take great photos of your dog or his feline friend. They seem to know when to pose and do their best not to look at the camera or phone. We caught up with our in-house photographer, Ben Hanson, for his top tips on how to take the best photos of your pets like a pro. We've also seen how easy it is to get pets on the good side with our in-house cat contact manager. use natural light
For the best lighting, keep your pet near a window or as close as possible, even if you move the furniture.

Use phone light if necessary.
If you can't move your pet or want to take candid photos without disturbing them, but the light is terrible, use your phone's flashlight to illuminate your cat or dog while you take photos with another device. It's not as good as natural light, but it will help illuminate your pet!
If you don't have a second phone or the flash isn't strong enough, you can manually change the camera settings to shoot in low light.
Be creative and change your approach.
Instead of taking a picture from above, try looking at it from a pet's level. I go down or lie down to the floor to change the view of the photograph. This new corner can actually update the style and, if you can focus on your style, you can make a portrait, and if you are here, you can do this!
